This project involved a comprehensive renovation and build-out of an existing commercial building, including both interior and exterior scope of work. The interior transformation included structural framing, installation of metal stud partitions, and full rough-in of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. New layouts were developed to improve functionality and flow, followed by drywall installation, door framing, and finish work. Custom cabinetry and millwork were incorporated into kitchen and bathroom areas, complemented by modern fixtures and clean, contemporary finishes. At the same time, exterior work was performed to upgrade the building envelope and overall appearance. This included façade improvements, window modifications, and structural adjustments to enhance both functionality and visual appeal. Special attention was given to preserving and integrating the building’s original architectural character, such as exposed brick walls and timber structural elements, while bringing the space up to modern construction and performance standards. The project required close coordination across multiple trades and phases, from demolition and structural work to final detailing. The result is a fully renovated, high-quality commercial space that blends industrial character with modern design, delivering both aesthetic value and long-term functionality.
