This project involved a complete renovation of a kitchen and open-concept living area, transforming the space into a modern, functional, and visually cohesive home environment. The layout was carefully designed to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, enhancing both usability and comfort. At the center of the space is a custom-designed kitchen featuring high-gloss cabinetry paired with rich natural wood finishes and premium countertops with waterfall edges. A large central island provides additional workspace and seating, making it ideal for both daily use and entertaining. Modern appliances and integrated storage solutions were incorporated to maintain a clean and streamlined appearance. Extensive custom millwork was implemented throughout the space, including built-in cabinetry and a custom media wall, adding both functionality and a refined design element. Special attention was given to lighting, with integrated linear LED systems and statement fixtures that highlight architectural features and create a warm, modern atmosphere. Every detail — from layout planning to final finishes — was executed with precision, resulting in a sophisticated and highly functional living space tailored for modern living.
